Reference:Trainer/Apprenticeship Closing date:02 June 2023 at midnight Apprenticeships Trainer Role within Workforce Skills The Trainer will play an important role in supporting the quality of delivery across a range of new training programmes across Apprenticeships, either for Standards where Pearson are the EPAO or with general training which could support all Apprenticeship. Working with the relevant training team within Pearson, the trainer will be expected to: - Highlight best practice and opportunities for improvement to those who either attend or view our training sessions. - Work collaboratively with key Pearson contacts in order to keep up to date on key messages and any internal changes impacting the delivery of training. Key accountabilities - Identify opportunities for improvement in individual training delivery and make recommendations based on delivery of an event and delegate feedback. Experience and qualifications required Essential - You will have current or recent experience in delivering and/or assessing Apprenticeships (or worked in teaching/training in the last three years).
