Key Stage 2 English Reading Marker
Pearson is the UK's largest awarding body offering academic and vocational qualifications and testing to schools, colleges, employers and other places of learning in the UK and internationally.
As a qualified teacher, you could become a marker for Pearson and assist in marking the 2013 Key Stage 2 English reading national curriculum tests.
As one of our Markers, you will be undertaking a vital role in education, shaping the future of thousands of students. You will gain a valuable insight into the marking process and new developments in your subject. This will benefit your classroom and assessment skills, and your own professional development.
To be eligible for this role you will need to be a qualified teacher with two years’ experience delivering the relevant subject and level.
The training required to mark will take place in May 2013.
As a marker you can expect to earn up to £1500 for your work. However please be aware that some markers may be placed on a reserve list and received a reduced allocation of scripts.
