As part of Edexcel's Centre Quality Review and Development programme, Centre Quality Reviewers (CQRs) visit centres to report on the centre's effectiveness in maintaining quality processes and systems for vocational qualifications accredited to the Qualification and Credit Framework (QCF), from Entry to Level 3.

The role is a challenging one and we are looking to recruit experienced BTEC practioners who have experience of QA management of vocational qualifications in an education/training setting - as a course tutor, middle manager or senior manager.

We have currently vacancies for CQRs based in the following regions:

Northern Ireland

North Wales

As a CQR you will have direct contact with senior staff and teachers at a wide range of centres and will be expected to advise and support them on quality matters. Good negotiating and problem solving skills, and the ability to make effective decisions under pressure are essential. 

CQRs are allocated an average of 9 centres per year and receive a visit fee of £205 per centre.
