 PROJECT QUALIFICATION – Principal Moderator vacancies

 The Project is a new qualification designed to provide learners with a range of transferable skills for further education or entry into the workforce. The Project is available at three levels: Foundation, Higher and Extended. It is a compulsory part of the Diploma but can also be taken as a stand-alone qualification alongside other courses of study such as GCE, GCSE or BTEC.

 Edexcel is currently recruiting for the following roles and qualifcation:

• Principal Moderators for the Project Qualification

Principal Moderators are responsible to the Chief Examiner for the setting of coursework tasks and the standardisation of coursework moderation, they ensure that internally assessed units meet the required standard and are consistent with the unit specification and assessment criteria.

Experience/Qualifications needed
·                You will have a degree or equivalent.
·                You will be a qualified teacher.
·                You will have experience of managing people
·                You will have substantial experience of teaching and assessing the relevant subject and level
 ·                Competencies required
·                You will have the ability to work well under pressure.
·                You will have the ability to meet deadlines.
·                You will be a good communicator
