We are looking for an outstanding individual to write examination papers, and lead teams of examiners, ensuring that national standards are met. We are currently recruiting for a Principal Examiner for GCE Pure Mathematics The Principal Examiner: A Principal Examiner is responsible for writing question papers, mark schemes, assessment objective grids and the standardisation of its marking. The deadline for applications is 15th March 2010 Experience/Qualifications needed You will have a degree or equivalent. You will be a qualified teacher. You will have experience of managing people You will have substantial experience of teaching and assessing the relevant subject and level Competencies required You will have the ability to work well under pressure. You will have the ability to meet deadlines.
